The glass is decorated with gilt scrollwork on the top rim, the cover and protective sleeve together with the finger chain are in gilt metal; the gilding is worn on the lid and sleeve.

This is a typical example of a late Victorian/Edwardian scent flask in the Palais Royal style.
Returns not accepted it’s a nice antique and everything works perfectly as it should warn gilt on the glass as seen in pictures.
