Shipping policy

Shopify basic - I only have Fixed pricing for shipping international. The price is £70. On high value items it costs me more.  

Please note it can costs me £100s due to insurance costs on top for high value items so  very competitive indeed. If you want a cheaper item shipped below the £70 cost please contact me first.  

NOTE: Very high value items - I will/can  personally courier deliver to you directly in your country home address if required, 

Customs  and excise duty will be payable by the buyer on arrival into a specific country outside the United  Kingdom following Brexit leaving the EU. Including the rest of the world. 

Domestic U.K postage is also free .Please note some items are far heavier and high value so will cost a lot more but I meet all the costs for you. So very competitive indeed. 

Also note Courier  companies will not deliver high value goods to PO Box addresses so please don’t use them. This is because of security issues and breaches and I won’t be able to dispatch your item to these addresses. 

Pease note my items are of high value so sent fully insured or delivered in person which cost me a lot more.  In addition Brexit changes from 01/01/21  the import and tax duties remain the responsibility of the buyer to pay clearly customs n excise duties vary for each country !

 Finally I value my clients so to do my very best to protect against any losses. I follow the following principles ! 

Some  items I sell may not be permitted in a particular country ? If this is the case I will not post an item that is likely to be confiscated at customs due to restrictions on those particular goods in that country !

it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure they have the right to receive the item they have bought. But as a safeguard measure before dispatching an item the necessary checks will be carried out to safeguard the buyer and Museum of a treasure in this instance. 

If you have purchased a product that is not allowed in that particular country ? the sale will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued to the buyer. 

In rare instances where the buyer wants to take a chance on receiving an item in a country that has restrictions on that particular product?

 if they chose to go ahead with delivery and customs confiscate it ?

The buyer will not be refunded as it was sent at their  own risk knowing they had been informed by Museum of Treasure of those restrictions.
