Refund & Returns 

I accept returns on  all of my items apart from 4 bric a brac Vintage pieces. 

 I accept 14 days on returns and If an item is not as described or you change your mind then of course your entitled to a full refund if your not happy with your purchase

Refunds on lost or damaged items in the post (important please Read)

All goods sent by Museum of Treasure are fully insured again losses. In the event of a loss or damaged  through our chosen postal courier the buyer will be given a refund and Museum of Treasure will claim through our insurance. 

However if the buyer Returns an item and has not taken out the correct insurance and a problem occurred then they will not be refunded for their loss. It is the responsibility for the buyer to meet full returns costs and full insurance is always advised on high value items. 

In addition If an item is lost or damaged that has been returned then the buyer will need to claim off their insurance not Museum of Treasure. 

Finally for Refunds To be accepted the item has to be in the same condition it was sent. If it is damaged , altered or parts missing no refund will be issued.

 NOTE : 

Jewellery Returns Will have to be inspected by an expert to ensure items have not been altered in any way to accept a return.  Fraudulent attempts to do this will be reported to the Police !

 Unfortunately we now live in a world were people change stones and replace them with fakes. It's okay though I have family in the jewellery trade since the 1960s , experts in their field , so the inspection will be a fast process.
